What exactly does the Tech Subscription cover?
The tech subscription covers remote support 7 days a week for software issues and tech questions. It covers a free meeting during office hours for hardware issue diagnosis, and free labor on hardware repairs. For PC building and on-site work, you receive 50% off the trip charge.
Do you work on Apple products or just Windows?
We support both Apple products and Windows for software issues. For Apple hardware issues, we will discuss them and evaluate repairs on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if you can’t fix my issue? (Do you have a “no fix, no fee” policy?)
We do have a no fix no fee policy, the only exception for this is for on site work there may be a nonrefundable trip charge to cover the actual cost of coming on site.
